• To protect the environment from any significant impact of our present and planned operations.
• To protect our assets.

• Ensure that this policy is communicated and fully understood throughout the business, including our franchisees, contractors and suppliers.
• Ensure development, understanding and implementation of Health, Safety and Environmental Management Systems and Guidelines.
• Comply, as a minimum, with all legislation and good corporate governance applicable to Health, Safety and Environment (HSE).
• Set ourselves objectives and targets for continuous improvement with regard to Health, Safety and Environment performance.
• Monitor our health, Safety and Environment performances against these objectives and targets.
  • Acknowledge or reward exemplary performance as appropriate.
    
  • Plan and implement corrective and preventative measures as appropriate.
• Develop and work according to an agreement with franchisees and employee representatives regarding management of Occupational Health and Safety.
  
• Encourage franchisees, staff in a managerial or supervisory position to take responsibility for the health, safety and security of those working under them and for sound environmental management.
  
• Conduct hazard identification and risk assessments regarding health, safety and environmental impacts before commencements of a project or any work through a proper programme and procedures.
  
• Establish competence and awareness regarding relevant health and environmental matters of all our franchisees and employees through effective training, mentoring and communication.
• Conserve natural resources and reduce the environmental burden of waste generation and emissions to the air, water and land through strategic focusing on reducing, re-using, recycling and safe deposit of waste, as well as prevention of pollutions.
  
• Establish and maintain appropriate controls including periodic audits and reviews, to ensure that the management system is being followed and complied with throughout the franchise and company.
  
• Maintain a high level of emergency preparedness to handle any situation caused by an HSE incident.
